'Twas the Night Before Christmas
As is Egleston tradition, we went to breakfast on Christmas Eve with Nana, Granddaddy, Aunt Anne, and cousin Emily. We ate the Swamp Fox again and enjoyed a yummy breakfast buffet before we took a walk up King St.

The train at the Charleston Place was a hit with my boys.
After going home, resting, and doing some last minute cooking for tomorrow, we went to 4:30 church for the Children's Service before heading to my cousin's for a family party.

We put out our cookies and milk for Santa, put Reindeer food on the front steps and tucked everyone into bed.
DuBose is definitely starting to understand what happens on Christmas Eve and was excited to go to sleep so he could hurry and wake up. I could hardly wait to wake up myself to see their excitement over the gifts Santa would leave for them.
