First Day of School for the Boys

These two sweet boys went back to school this morning.

 Mills headed to the 2nd grade and DuBose to the 4th grade.

 They were both ready to go back and to get into the swing of things at school. I know that Mom is ready :)

I look at these pictures, and I see babies. My sweet baby boys who were once dependent on me for every single thing.  Now, I see two happy boys who are eager to learn and to make new friends. Boys who can get themselves to school, even on the first day. Boys who are reading and loving it. Boys who are slowly slipping into young men right before my eyes. It will be here before I know it!

Have a great day, DuBose and Mills. I am super proud of you both and can't wait to watch all the fun that you are going to have in the 2nd and 4th grades. Be courteous, respectful and helpful. Listen carefully. Strive to be happy and friendly. Always try your best and give everything you try your all. Remember to do the right thing even when it's the hard thing. And never forget that I am behind you 100%, always cheering and routing for you both.
