Millwood

 We spent this weekend at Millwood with Nana and Granddad.

Of course, our first activity was to go say hello to Scout

and to meet Simon. Simon is the goat that is Scout's pasture companion. Ellie loved meeting him and feeding them both treats.

It was a beautiful night up there.

 We had a fire Friday night so we had to pull out the S'Mores fixins.

 Saturday was a restful day. We all hung out in our hammocks for a while.

There was some fertilizing done to prepare for the sunflowers. DuBose is very interested in all aspects of farming and is always eager to go with his dad to help. He told me all about the fertilizer experience with such a twinkle in his eye.

 We played a lot - zip lining,

 horseback riding,

and ping pong.

The kids and I left early Sunday morning to attend a birthday party back home. Dad stayed to help Jason. We really had a nice relaxing time together and mostly just played together. Love these weekends!
